Welcome to Fabtexs! By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Listings & Descriptions

·         Fabtexs curates and lists textile products from multiple sellers.

·         All efforts are made to provide accurate descriptions, fabric photos, and measurements.

·         Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

·         All orders are processed and shipped by Fabtexs,not the original seller.

·         Fabric is cut, packed, and dispatched from Fabtexs’s in-house fulfillment unit to maintain quality control.

3. Shipping & Delivery

·         Orders are dispatched within 5 -7 working days after confirmation.

·         Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days, depending on your location.

·         Delivery delays due to courier partners or weather are beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

·         Fabrics once cut cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is:

o    A manufacturing defect

o    A wrong product sent

·         If there is an issue, buyers must raise a concern within 48 hours of delivery, with uncut fabric and original packaging.

·         Buyer should submit a parcel opening video for proof of any damage product received via email only within 24hours of order received.

5. Refunds

·         If a return is approved (due to defect or wrong dispatch), the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on buyer’s preference).

6. Payment Terms

·         All orders require 100% advance payment.

·         We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure smooth processing and secure fulfillment.

·         Payment options include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via our secure payment gateway.

·         Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

7. Bulk or B2B Orders

·         All orders must be placed only through our official website www.fabtexs.com for transparency, tracking, and invoice purposes.

·         For any queries or clarifications before placing the order, buyers may contact us directly via WhatsApp.

·         GST details are mandatory at checkout for all B2B buyers.

·         If a buyer does not have a GST number, the bill will still be generated from Fabtexs with applicable GST included.

8. Usage Disclaimer

·         Our fabrics are intended for personal or commercial textile use.

·         Fabtexs is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or unintended applications of fabrics.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

·         Your contact details are safe with Fabtexs and will never be shared with any third party or seller.

·         We use your data only for order processing and updates.

10. Legal & Dispute Resolution

·         By using this platform, you agree to abide by Indian law.

·         Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
