Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fabtexs,we aim to ensure transparency and trust with all our buyers and sellers. Since we operate as a B2B wholesale platform, our refund and cancellation terms are tailored for fabric and textile transactions.

1. Order Cancellation

  • All orders must be placed via the Fabtexs website only.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not allowed, as we begin processing immediately with our partner sellers and warehouses.
  • If there is any issue before placing the order, buyers may contact us on WhatsApp or email for assistance.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered – If the buyer receives a fabric/product different from what was ordered.
  2. Quality Issue – If the product fails our Fabtexs Quality Check (QC) standards and is not as described.
  3. Transit Damage – If the shipment is damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with parcel opening video proof).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Slight color variations in fabric (as hand-block and artisan prints may differ from images).
  • Orders placed without GST (all bills are GST-inclusive, and GST is mandatory).
  • Delay in courier/shipping due to logistics provider (beyond our control).

 

 

4. Refund Process

  • Buyer must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing fabtexswholesale@gmail.com or WhatsApp [Insert Number] with order details and proof.
  • Fabtexs team will verify the claim with sellers and QC team.
  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, Fabtexs may offer a replacement instead of a refund (depending on stock availability).
  • Buyers will be notified, and replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

6. Final Decision

All refund and replacement decisions will be at the sole discretion of Fabtexs.
